Sumurun
Zuleika, also called Sumurun, is the favourite wife of an old sheikh. But his son desires the beautiful woman, too. She however hates her life in the harem and falls in love with the young mercer Nur-al-Din. A seductive dancing girl, traveling the countryside with a pair of old street performers, helps son and father to forget about the ungrateful playmate, while at the same time ignoring the advances by the hunchbacked juggler, who is fiercely in love with her. Though loving the young sheikh, she longs even more for the gold and power of the old one, so she finally cheats on both of them. It is just a matter of time until it comes to murder in this complicated game of love.
