Clive Smith
Biography
Clive Smith began his film career in 1964 in the London animation studio Group Two. In 1967, Smith moved to Canada to work as an animator and designer for Al Guest and Vladimir Geotzleman. He was hired by Steven Spielberg and Tim Burton to direct the animation series Family Dog as well as the first Star Wars special, "A Wookie"s Christmas", for George Lucas. He has also been involved in the making of the animated feature "Rock & Rule", TV specials "Cosmic Christmas" and "The Devil" and "Daniel Mouse" as well as series like "Babar", "The Adventures of Tintin", "Rupert", "Beetlejuice".
