Albert Hanan Kaminski was born in Brussels, but has French citizenship. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Bezalel in Jerusalem and at the Rijksakademie in Amsterdam. He made several shorts from 1979-1990, including some commercials that received several prizes. In addition, he worked a lot in the field of animation which quickly became the focus of his work as an artist. He illustrated, among other things, the songs of the French singer Henri Des as well as many other well-known children"s songs, directed pilot films for animation film series and animated sequences for "Sesame Street", etc. In 1991, he completed the pilot film for the series "The Real Schelm", with the feature-length film of the same name following in 1994.
