Beer Chase

During the Oktoberfest in Munich, alcoholic Herbert dons a stolen police uniform. In order to establish himself in this newly "acquired" role, he starts to sanction visitors of the Oktoberfest fair. Some people question the legitimacy of this strange policeman, yet the authority bestowed on him by the uniform quickly silences all doubts. Finally two officers looking for the stolen uniform confront Herbert, with tragic consequences.
