Biography
Menahem Golan was born in 1929 in Israel and studied at London"s Old Vic School in the 1950s. In 1960, he went to New York to study Film and subsequently worked for Roger Corman on "The Young Racers". A career over four decades has seen him produce such OSCAR-nominated films as "Sallah", "I Love Rosa", "The House on Chlouch Street" and "Operation Thunderbolt" as well as directing such varying films as "The Magician of Lublin" (1979), "The Delta Force" (1986), "Over the Top" (1987), "Hanna"s War" (1988), and "Crime and Punishment" (1994), "Russian Roulette - Moscow 1995" (1995), "Superbrain - The Bank Robbery of the Century" and "Luise and the Jackpot".
