Das Glas Wasser
A Glass Of Water
Britain at the beginning of the 18th century: Sir Henry St. John and the duchess of Marlborough serve as "grey eminences" during Queen Anna′s reign. Both of them try everything to machinate against one another. In the end, Sir Henry wins their battle. "Das Glas Wasser" ("A Glass of Water") is a highly stylised film musical based on Eugène Scribe′s boulevard comedy "Le Verre d′Eau".
