The writer and director was born in Greece in 1991. His short films have been presented at festivals including Cannes, Sundance, Locarno and Telluride with "The Distance Between Us and the Sky" winning the Palme d’Or for "Best Short Film" as well as the Queer Palm at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival. He created the mini-series "Milky Way" in 2023. "Our Wildest Days" ("I agries meres mas") is his debut feature film.
