Holger Ernst
Biography
Holger Ernst was born in 1972 and studied Visual Communication at the Academy of Art Kassel, specializing in Screenwriting and Directing. He won the Hesse Prize for Best Screenplay 2000 for his script Das Leben geht weiter (Life Goes On). His other award-winning films include: Argus (short, 1997), Der blaue Engel oder das Leben der Martha S. (documentary short, 1998), Kleistronik (short, 1999), Little Fish (Kleine Fische, 2000), Do You Love Me? (Liebst Du Mich?, 2001), Natur Pur (short, 2003), Rain Is Falling (2004), and his feature debut The House Is Burning (2006).
