Catching Birds

Anouk's objective while training is to take down her opponent. But with a glance from fellow wrestler Theo, and a moment of tender physical contact, she, the only girl on the team, starts seeing the sparring sessions in a different light. Relationships between bodies, gazes and feelings are negotiated anew in this quietly intimate study of a young woman discovering and boldly embracing a new sense of her own and others' physicality.
