Marion and Andi are divorced, but still share the upbringing of their eleven-year-old son Milan. They consider themselves model parents, which is why, of course, they can't miss out on a summer vacation together. So the two travel to Italy with Milan. Also along for the ride: Marion's new boyfriend. At the luxury resort in the sunny south, however, it soon becomes apparent that Milan is a spoiled and pampered only child who enjoys his privileges and cleverly plays his parents off against each other. Marion and Andi realize that they have some catching up to do when it comes to parenting. In implementing their ambitious new parenting plans, the two gradually come closer again.
