Die Magnetischen
Magnetic Beats
A small French town in the early 1980s. Shy Philippe runs a popular pirate radio station with his charismatic brother Jerôme and a few friends. When both brothers fall in love with the newly arrived Marianne, Jerôme finds it very easy to make contact with her and express his feelings, while Phillipe naturally finds it difficult to do so. As if that weren't enough, shortly afterwards he has to do his military service in West Berlin. Once there, he befriends the eccentric radio host Dany, who brings Philippe to the radio, where he soon becomes a popular DJ - and possibly finds a way to finally confess his feelings to Marianne.
