Ich bin Greta

Documentary film about the climate activist Greta Thunberg, who quickly became one of the most famous personalities worldwide and a role model for millions of young people. The film tells her story starting with the first school strikes of the 15-year-old in August 2018, when she protested on Fridays with a self-painted poster in front of the Swedish parliament building, and traces the development of the global "Fridays For Future" movement. It sheds light on Greta's ever-growing popularity and how she deals with it. Finally, the film accompanies her on her emission-free sailing trip to the UN climate summit in New York in autumn 2019.
