Homies
HipHop Express
18-year old Marvin lives with his wealthy and protective mother in an upper-class neighbourhood. His mother has his future laid out for him, and doesn′t realize that Marvin′s real passion is music: He wants to be a hip hop performer and to achieve something without the help form his mother. A chance meeting with rap legend DW Court encourages Marvin to pursue his dream. He joins the crew of Osman and Stella, who have a highly different social background. For the first time, Marvin feels accepted and taken seriously. But Marvin isn′t the "homeboy" he pretends to be, and it′s uncertain how his new friends will react once they eventually find out about his wealthy upbringing.
