Intrigo: Death of an Author

Literary translator David receives an urgent assignment from his publisher: he is supposed to translate the latest manuscript of the famous Swedish author Germund Rein that has just arrived. However, Rein has attached mysterious conditions to the publication of his novel, one of them being that it must never be published in its Swedish original language. Then it turns out that Rein committed suicide and not long after things start getting weird: While translating the book, David discovers peculiar parallels between the book’s main character and his own life, as well as that of his missing wife Eva. Before David gets a chance to see through Rein’s game, he finds himself at the center of a mysterious conspiracy.
