Kirschblüten & Dämonen

Sequel to "Kirschblüten – Hanami" ("Cherry Blossoms") from 2007. Ten years after the death of Trudi and Rudi, the life of their son Karl is a disaster area: He is unemployed and an alcoholic, he no longer has any contact with his wife and child. In this desperate situation, Yu suddenly stands at his door, his father's wise Japanese girlfriend, who once helped him in his grief. Now she prepares to lead Karl out of his emotional low as well. Together they visit his abandoned parental home, where Karl confronts the demons and ghosts, who persecute him so tortuously to finally come to terms with his life.
