The End of Meat - Eine Welt ohne Fleisch

In this documentary, director Marc Pierschel explores the question, what a world where no one eats meat anymore would look like, and how this scenario could become a reality. The filmmaker meets with Canadian animal rights activists and pioneers of the German vegan movement. He lets philosophers and scientists have their say, visits the first vegetarian city in India and explores how the exploitation of animals and humans correlate. Above all he raises the question, what the future food supply for mankind could look like if meat is not available anymore.
