When it comes to business, real estate agent Thies is extra tough and won't give anyone an apartment in Berlin without the necessary credentials and proof of liquidity. Given the high demand on the market, he has no problem to find new tenants. Yet when he meets young siblings Bruno and Sonja, he bends his iron rules and gets them an apartment anyway. There's a catch to Thies' sudden benevolence though, for he feels attracted to Bruno. The two start an affair, but Thies soon realizes that something is odd about the siblings.
