Luca tanzt leise
Dancing Quietly
When do you actually succeed in life? When you comprehend math and graduate from school? When you know how to get a sick note in order to postpone a test? When you eventually find someone who loves and desires you – and doesn't turn out to be an asshole?
Luca knows all too well how it feels when simple things like getting up, eating or getting dressed just can't be done. There was a period of ten dark years in her life. Yet now, she has her little dog Mata whom she saved from euthanasia in Bulgaria. Mata motivates Luca to get up and to take her for a walk. Moreover, Luca finally wants to get her school diploma. To pass in math, she strikes a deal with her classmate Kurt: She tutors him in English, and in turn, he explains math to her. More than that, Kurt turns out to be a reliable fried. For instance, when that aggressive guy turns up on her doorstep again. And even more when things really look grim for Luca.
