Jule Hermann
Jule Hermann was born in Munich in 2004 and grew up in Berlin. She had her first role in 2014 in the TV comedy "Zu mir oder zu dir?", as the granddaughter of Walter Sittler's main character. In the same year, she played a leading role in the TV two-parter "Till Eulenspiegel" as the daughter of Eulenspiegel's childhood sweetheart (Anne Bederke). She had an important role in Kai Wessel's award-winning feature film "Nebel im August" ("Fog in August", DE/AT 2016), based on real events, as the best friend of Ernst Lossa, who was a victim of Nazi infanticide in the early 1940s. Lighter fare was 2017's "Wendy - Der Film," in which Hermann landed the title role; "Wendy 2 - Freundschaft für immer" followed in 2018.
After several TV roles, including in "Familie Dr. Kleist" (2019) and "Großstadtrevier" (2020), Hermann played the daughter in the family drama "Der menschliche Faktor" ("Human Factors", DE/IT/DK 2020), which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival (USA) in early 2021 and was released in German cinemas in summer 2022. She also appeared in other TV productions such as "SOKO Potsdam" (2021) and "FRITZIE - Der Himmel muss warten" (2022).
