Mustang
Since their parents died, Lale and her sisters Sonay, Selma, Nur and Ece live with their uncle in a Turkish village. On the last day of school before the summer holidays, they walk home along the beach accompanied by some boys. The kids play in the sea, fool around – all harmless fun. Yet their behavior is deemed shameless, and the alleged scandal has harsh consequences for the girls. The family home starts to resemble a prison, the girls aren't allowed to go to school anymore but instead are taught traditional manners at home, and soon marriages are arranged for them. Yet the five sisters long even more for freedom, and thus they start to rebel.
