Happy Hour
Hans-Christian who is in his mid-forties and whom everyone just calls H.C. has recently been left by his wife - a severe blow that he has trouble recovering from. In order to brighten the mood of lovesick H.C. his best friends Wolfgang and Nic convince him to join them on a short trip to Ireland where Wolfgang owns a small idyllic cottage. By means of fishing trips, whisky and lots of partying they want H.C. to realize that there is a life after the break-up. Yet, in the rainy Irish back province, things turn out differently and instead of stress relief and happiness the friends find conflict and strife. Soon, the men have to ask themselves whether the friendship that tied them together when they were young really still exists.
