A vengeful ghost and a 75-year-old Casanova, a fierce six-year old animal activist and a lipstick shoplifter, a passionate lover, a melancholic fisherman, and a Tupperware party which goes very, very wrong … these spotlights give you a glimpse of the unique and thrilling universe that sets the tone for this co-production.

The stories – written by up-and-coming authors from Deutsche Literaturinstitut Leipzig and filmed by Serbian directors of the University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Dramatic Arts – depict the eternal topics of love and death, loneliness and hope in a poetic as well as entertaining way. Developed with the artistic mentorship of Cathy de Haan, Stefan Arsenijevic, Narcisa Darijevic-Markovic, Goran Markovic and Oleg Novkovic, six delightful miniatures of the young avant-garde of both countries take you to downtown Belgrade and the rural landscape of Serbia.
