Engineer Michael Lutz and his girlfriend Barbara are vacating on a small island in the Mediterranean Sea. Barbara secretly hopes that Michael will propose to her, but he is busy going fishing. One day, new tourists arrive in a high-end RV on the island: Noodle manufacturer Otto Keyser, a workaholic who doesn't care for holidays but who wants to set up his daughter Marion with his companion Thomas Steffen.
