An animation of different circles moving in an abstract choreography to the Venusberg ballet music from Richard Wagner′s "Tannhäuser", which eventually fades into the Homage March from Edvard Grieg′s "Sigurd Jorsalfar". Fischinger successfully avoided censorship by licensing the film to Tolirag Advertising Company and adding the caption "Tolirag reaches all circles." "Circles" was accepted as a commercial.
