Summary
Former philosophy student Mux has a vision: He wants to teach responsibility in a world full of egoism and moral decline. And this by all means necessary: Even minor wrongdoings are punished by Mux, who doles out fines or disciplines people by publicly humiliating them. In order to document his absurd "mission", he has his assistant, long-time unemployed Gerd, film every move. After a while, Mux′ action draw media attention, and he eventually attracts new recruits, followers and copy-cats. But when his love for the young girl Kira gets him into a personal conflict of interests, things totally get out of hand.
