Biography

Lars-Gunnar Lotz was born in 1982 in Bad Ischl/Austria. He grew up near Cologne and studied Visual Communication at the Art Academy Kassel, followed by studies in Directing at the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy. In 2007 he participated in a three-month exchange program at the FEMIS film academy in Paris and received a scholarship for the Hollywood Masterclass at UCLA. His award-winning films include: "Lisanne" (2005), "Für Miriam" ("For Miriam", 2009) and "Schuld sind immer die Anderen" ("Shifting the Blame", 2012).
