"The Great Bagarozy" is the story about a man who goes to a psychiatrist and claims he was responsible for the rise and fall of the opera diva Maria Callas - and that he is the bona fide master of Hades. Based on the novel "The Great Bagarozy" by Helmut Krausser, it offers a fascinating explanation for the tragic downfall of an exceptional woman who invested her entire life in her art - and was broken by it.
