Valentin Thatenhorst, born in Munich in 2011, gave his acting debut in 2020 with a continuous supporting role in the coming-of-age series "Katakomben" (broadcast: 2021), as the son of a homeless mother, living on the streets of Munich. This was followed by supporting roles in an episode of the TV series "Marie fängt Feuer" ("Marie Catches Fire", 2022) and in the streaming series "Friedliche Weihnachten" ("Peaceful Christmas", 2022). In 2022, he was also cast in David Dietl's miniseries "Gute Freunde - Die wahre Geschichte des FC Bayern München".
Thatenhorst played his first leading cinema role in the comedy "Fifty Fifty - Eine Erziehungskomödie," as a spoiled only child whose divorced parents (Laura Tonke, Moritz Bleibtreu) want to revamp their parenting concept during a joint vacation. Filming took place in 2022, with a theatrical release scheduled for 2024.
