Bread
Documentary film about one of the central foods that is available today in more variations than ever before: bread. Small, quality-conscious bakeries that work only with natural ingredients have to hold their own where large baking groups supply the market with industrial mass products and try to create the most authentic taste possible with the help of more and more artificial products. The film sheds light on the development of the art of bread baking and asks, among other things, what the traditional craft is like, what the bread of the future will look like and what we will actually eat in the coming years.
