Summary
Isabell Šuba's film follows a young Venezuelan girl’s preparations to be celebrated as a "princess" on her fifteenth birthday. However, in a country with the highest incidence of cosmetic surgery and "Miss Universe" winners, hers is a rocky road indeed. "Chica XX Mujer" is the result of a trip through Central and South America undertaken by students of the HFF in Potsdam-Babelsberg to celebrate the centenary of the Mexican Revolution.
