Summary
Documentary about three friends and their unusual experiment: In the summer of 2014, Bart Bouman, David Stumpp and Jakob von Gizycki set out on a journey from Lake Constance to the French Atlantic Coast. They walked, hitchhiked and camped along the way. Most importantly, they decided to follow the example of the iconic three apes ("See nothing, hear nothing, say nothing") on their trip, by alternately using blindfolds and ear plugs. Due to these new handicaps, they had to rely constantly on each other which led to stress and tensions, but ultimately strengthened the bond between the friends.
