Biography
Marta Popivoda was born in 1982 in Belgrade. In her works Popivoda explores the tensions between memories and history as well as collective and individual bodies. Her documentary film debut "Yugoslavia, How Ideology Moved Our Collective Body" celebrated its premiere at the 63rd edition of the Berlinale.
