Puppet Fiction
Maulwurf, Falkenhorst and Kalle enjoy great success with their theatre "Cabaret Toujour". Especially Kalle, the star of the ensemble, captivates the audience with his performance. Backstage, Kalle behaves like a conceited diva and demands a steady supply of amphetamines, which poor Richy has to get from the local gangster Spec. On the other side of the city, the struggling "Theater der Freude" keeps barely afloat. The lifer ensemble, including Kasper, Seppel, Gretel, Großmutter, Svetlana and Bodo doesn't draw the crowds it used to. Desperately in need for cash to pay the bills, Kasper plans to kidnap Kalle in order to get a ransom from Maulwurf and Falkenhorst. But Kalle turns out to be a very uncooperative hostage, and a planned exchange ends in chaos. Moreover, Spec also wants in on the action, and finally it's up to Maulwurf and Falkenhorst to free their friend from the kidnappers.
