Biography
Angelo Colagrossi, born March 19, 1960, in Rome, studied art, film and theatre studies in Bologna and went to Germany in 1989 where he worked as a writer for Hape Kerkeling"s TV comedy show "Total normal".
Since then, he has been closely collaborating with Hape Kerkeling who is also his partner. Besides their work for TV productions, Colagrossi wrote the screenplays to Kerkeling"s three movies "Kein Pardon" (1992), "Samba in Mettmann" (2004), and "Horst Schlämmer – Isch kandidiere" (2009) and also directed the last two films. Furthermore, he wrote and directed the comedy "Alles wegen Paul" (2001) and the TV comedy "Ein Mann, ein Fjord!" (2009), once again starring Hape Kerkeling in the leading role.
